Flag Football is played in the spring only, starting at the beginning of April through the middle of June and is a less vigorous sport than tackle football. with only one or two practices a week and games on normally on Sundays.

Flag football is open to both boys and girls of all abilities and is non-contact. Playing age for Sharks Flag Football is Age 5 through age 15 (Age on December 31, 2023).  We especially recommend Flag football for the child that has never played previously played football or any other organized sport, or for the child that loves football but is afraid of the contact that is associated with tackle football.
